At Modi Boutique, we want you to love every piece you receive. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help — just please act quickly! Because our items are shipped via our trusted suppliers, all return/exchange requests must follow a specific process and meet strict guidelines.

You have 3 days from the date your order is marked as delivered to request a return or exchange.

After 3 days, unfortunately we cannot accept any return or exchange requests.

Once approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
📦 Return Conditions
All returned items must meet the following:

Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered

Original packaging with tags still attached

No makeup, deodorant marks, perfume, or pet hair

Must be in resellable condition, as defined by our supplier FashionGo
Returns that do not meet these criteria will be rejected and not refunded.
🔁 Exchange Policy

Exchanges are allowed for the same item in a different size (if available).

If your requested size is unavailable, we will offer store credit or a refund.
💵 Refunds

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once your return is received and approved.

Refund processing may take up to 7 business days after item inspection.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or damaged item).
🛑 Final Sale Items
Items marked FINAL SALE or purchased with a discount over 20% are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
